Figueroa Street, between 1st Street and 2nd street, west side of Figueroa, Old Homestead Tract. This is one of several hundred photographs taken by city engineers in preparation for street improvements for better access to the Arroyo Seco Parkway (now Pasadena Freeway) that would be built in 1939-40 by combination of city engineers and state highway division engineers. |
